Scott Hagedorn is a fifth grade teacher in Lockport, IL. He is thrilled to have 1 to 1 iPads in his classroom and utilizes them in his teaching whenever he can. Scott loves to use different teaching styles and is currently excited to use gamification in his classes. Students in his classroom write, speak, and produce a daily podcasting show in class. Every show uses 4-5 iPads, is 3-4 minutes long, and broadcasts online. He annually has students do a live podcastathon for charity. Scott is also an officer for DeICE, as well as a graduate instructor at the University of St. Francis.
