Teachers often wonder how they can work more effectively with their principals while principals often ponder the same question. During this session we will explore the concept of “managing up” and identify strategies for ensuring that this critical relationship enjoys more success. During this interactive session, we will discuss the benefits and challenges of “managing up” and participants will develop a mini action plan full of actionable next steps. All school leaders, teachers, and other school staff members are welcome!
