Giving feedback to anyone can be challenging—be in the best or worst circumstances. Whether you are a manager or coach supporting a teacher’s improvement, or you are a teaching assistant seeking a better relationship with your lead teacher, knowing how to give great feedback can make the world of a difference in your overall effectiveness as a team. During this session, we will dive into the reasons why most people struggle to give feedback and then explore ways to give feedback effectively. Participants will enjoy opportunities to practice and get feedback about—you guessed it—their feedback in what will be an informative, fun session.
