The federal E-rate program supports schools and libraries with discounts on their internet access costs. Applicants file an FCC Form 471 to request discounts on eligible products and services. Applicants must include information on the recipients of services, discount calculations, costs of service, dates of service, and service provider(s).This session will cover general information and updates of the program and will support those interested in filing the 471 form with the form and process. The room has been reserved into the evening to provide for additional application support if needed.
