Have you ever been asked to undertake a technology initiative that you KNEW couldn’t succeed but you were helpless to stop it because you couldn’t demonstrate why it wouldn’t work? Have you ever been asked to approve an initiative and wished you had a simple and reliable way to know if it would succeed or not? Do you lose sleep because you know that the stakes are too great and the price for failure is too high to be making poorly informed decisions?

The good news is that there are known and proven criteria that can be applied to and used during the decision making process. At this session we will share what those criteria are and we will provide you with tools and resources you can use to help make better decisions and quickly determine if a proposed initiative has a chance of succeeding.
