This session will address how the program has evolved from its infancy. This presentation should be geared for those adopting instructional coaching or who are in the initial year of coaching. It will address the adopted growth mindset culture within our building, building leadership, and the roles of all stakeholders as well as changes adopted in year two in order to expand the way we serve teachers as well as continuing to encourage form powerful professional learning relationships.
