Social Studies is an opportunity to have students travel the world, dive into culture, and tackle the complexities of current events. Technology is an opportunity to take experiences in each of those areas to the next level. This session will focus on technology integration into the Middle School Social Studies classroom with specific focus on Modifying and Redefining learning experiences. Google Expeditions, WeVideo and Green Screen creations, Essential question answer development, and breakout vocabulary will all be discussed in enough detail to give you the confidence to try these things next week.
