This demo-slam interactive style technology-centric workshop will introduce participants to a variety of feedback and assessment tools to help create an effective workflow in the classroom. Tools addressed will be video feedback tools (Screencastify, EDPuzzle), GSuite rubric feedback tools (Orange Slice, DocAppender, CheckMark), and a review of the many digital quizzing tools. Workshop includes a discussion of effective feedback best practices extracted from Grant Wiggins’ (Wiggins, 2012) research. Enhance student voice and differentiate with Freaky Fast Feedback. Grading workflow and giving and gathering feedback just got easier! Tools discussed and demonstrated are free and work best in a 1:1 environment (Chromebooks/Google). Beginner or Intermediate technology skilled attendees will gain insight and practical practice in this high energy, quick-paced session.
