With nearly 70 percent of jobs revolving and focusing within the tech sector, it is important for students to know how to communicate academically, but also technologically. While academic writing and literary analysis has its place, it is equally important for students to learn new technologies and write about the experience and process. Technical Writing takes a variety of forms including reports, memos how to manuals, and creative writing for advertising. This informative and exciting session will showcase student projects, break-down the forms of tech writing, and a brief time experimenting with drones, a Cosmo robot, a Sphero Spark+, and a Raspberry Pi to top it off.
