Using a learning management system, such as Schoology, can provide an effective and efficient means of communicating with colleagues, faculty, and administration. Through the development of a schoolwide course that is accessible to all educators in the building, information can be shared and exchanged in a streamlined fashion that brings best practices of blended learning to bear on professional and academic discourse.
